About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of a rapidly expanding AI Banking solutions provider. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to engage with top-tier banks, neo banks, and fintech companies across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives for our advanced AI solutions within the banking and financial services sectors.
- Identify and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers at leading UK high street banks (e.g., Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest Group, Santander UK) or / and Neo banks (e.g., Revolut, Monzo, Starling Bank, N26, Tide).
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across both established institutions and rapidly growing fintech companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that address client needs and provide measurable ROI.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 5+ years in sales, ideally within Consumer Banking (Neo or traditional) the AI, tech, or financial services sectors.
- Proven Track Record: You MUST HAVE demonstrated success selling to C Level decision makers at major UK high street banks, including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest Group, and Santander UK, or neo banks like Revolut, Monzo, Starling Bank, N26, and Tide.
- Deep Financial Services Knowledge: Strong understanding of the challenges, needs, and opportunities within traditional banking and fintech.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and close complex sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: Strong focus on targets, KPIs, and consistently achieving sales goals.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
