Captura Search is conducting this Retained Exclusive Search for our European Headquartered client. The position is a newly created Senior Product Management position based in their London office but covering the EMEA region. Their solutions are Front, Middle & Back Office orientated and serve the Insurance market. This is a key position with vital responsibilities to influence the future evolution of their Middle & Back Office FinTech solutions.
This Senior Product Manager will own core aspects of ground breaking SaaS solutions and the ir respective product roadmaps. They will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Development, marketing and Professional Services, as well as working at an executive level with clients to gather requirements and execute the implementation / development of new functionality going forward.
In this role you will support the enterprise strategy and strive to deliver even more global products. You will be an internal and external evangelist for the product set and will impact how competitive Captura's clients solutions remain in the InsureTech markets they serve, to continue beating the competition.
This role is a tremendous opportunity to contribute to the development and rollout of the Middle / Back Office products and requires someone with the strong motivation and desire to work in a fast-paced environment which is innovative and fast growing. The role would benefit from strong product knowledge of either Front, Middle or Back office processing solutions. Enterprise FinTech Product Management experience working with Insurance clients is required in order to reduce the ramp up period to being a success in this role.
Responsibilities:
•Determine the direction of solutions and develop the strategic product roadmap for EMEA.
•Gather and prioritize inputs from market analysis, sales demands, and team ideas to ensure that the roadmap matches the market requirements and we are competitive and building the right things at the right time.
•Write detailed functional requirements and specifications and work closely with the development team to design and build the correct solutions – so they can carry out functional testing of developed solutions.
•Participate in product launches to provide key messages, competitive profiling and product content for marketing.
•Influence product documentation and marketing collateral for sales, prospects and customers.
•Participate in key moments of sales processes by demonstrating product features and presenting the product roadmap at executive level
•Provide professional input and product knowledge to internal groups (Sales, Professional Services, Training and Documentation), customers and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience building or working with buy side InsurTech software solutions
