What You’ll Do
🔎 Strategic Client Engagement
- Identify, research, and maintain strong relationships with high-potential accounts in the wealth and asset management sectors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, understanding their objectives and challenges.
📈 Consultative Account Expansion
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover clients’ evolving needs and craft compelling strategies for growth.
- Propose tailored, ROI-focused solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
⚙️ Manage Complex Renewals & Upsells
- Own the entire lifecycle of client engagements—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiate contract renewals and upsells that align with client goals and company targets.
💡 Collaborate & Innovate
- Partner with product, marketing, and solutions teams to address client feedback and deliver impactful presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement by advocating for client-centric product enhancements.
📊 Accurate Forecasting
- Maintain a robust client pipeline, meet or exceed revenue targets, and communicate opportunities to internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of success in enterprise software, fintech, or SaaS account management
- Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-dollar client portfolios
- Strong familiarity with wealth management and/or asset management practices and pain points
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to inspire confidence
- A high-achiever mindset, eager to surpass targets and champion customer outcomes
