Captura Search has been engaged by our RegTech client to partner with them again for a key Paris based sales hire. They offer a disruptive suite of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solutions for Investment Managers & Insurance clients. The client has a suite of exceptional market leading RegTech solutions allowing them to displace their competitorsand win RFP's with their wide ranging propositions. The solutions include best-in-class PRIIPS KID & ICITS KIID capabilities amongst a number of other powerful tools for you to offer to both new prospects and existing client accounts. There are some tier one client references in place and outstanding marketing power and support to ensure you are setup for success.
With further investment and phenomenal growth they are now looking to expand their Paris team by hiring a dedicated Sales Executive to target the buy side in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for growing the business with new prospects and increasing its market share. You will develop and execute the sales strategy for theses markets, ensure timely closure of deals, and create an infrastructure to deliver revenues. This role reports to the Paris based Head of Sales.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generating and closing deals
- Identify, contact, qualify and develop of new logo clients and expand existing accounts which are US centric
- Developing and enhancing relationships with key executives at C-level
- Respond to RFI's and RFP's within timescales and delivery requirements
- Working with presales and SME’s as necessary to present in-depth demonstrations
- Design and deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and promote product benefits and drive awareness amongst the Investment Management community
- Collaborate with and report to management on the sales pipeline by making full use of the CRM tools available
Experience:
- Native / Business Fluent French
- Consistent track record of sales delivery
- highly competitive, creative and solutions-oriented
- An innovator with the desire to “create something outstanding”
- A proven track record in selling enterprise solutions and services to the Asset Management / ManCo community at C-level
- Experience with Management solutions sales would be highly beneficial, but having sold to the buy side is most important, so closing longer sales cycles with bigger tickets!
- Excellent understanding of buy side finance and software licensing, gained in either a client or vendor environment
- Best of breed new business development skills
- Proven talent for making effective cold calls to target prospects
- The proven ability to negotiate and to close deals.
- Understand the complexity of the commercial sales process
- Strong customer focus and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strong drive for results… put your strategy into action!
