    Client: Established and Successful Buy Side FinTech Vendor

    Captura Search is engaged exclusively with this successful & well-funded FinTech firm headquartered in the UK. With an established office near Bank Station here in London they offer an exceptional suite of front, middle and back office technologies to both the sell side and buy side market segments. Our clients’ suite of solutions are proven and due to new product innovations, they are expanding their scope and looking to hire a dynamic and ambitious Head of Sales & Client delivery. The majority of the team are in the UK HQ, but there are also team members in other key strategic offices. The team comprises of sales, implementation, client services and support. Our client is looking to add a proactive professional with a sales / commercial background who has a proven track record in energising and driving teams to reach their maximum.

    As well as the opportunity to realistically sell to existing clients and new prospects in such competitive times, they are looking for someone who can tie together the sales team and Client Delivery to ensure all efforts are collaborative.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Achieve and exceed your team’s annual sales targets
    • Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s for Implementation, Service and Support are attained
    • Grow and manage pipeline based on your team’s sales targets and defined performance goals
    • Achieve revenue retention goals through coaching and mentorship of your team (maximizing renewal values while minimizing attrition rates)
    • Lead your team, and directly engage with key named accounts to develop and expand executive relationships.
    • Development and retention of account management team based on FY budgets.

    Top Line Requirements:

    • Oversee the UK & other key European offices to ensure that the operations are providing and exceeding the company’s strategic objectives
    • Mentor, manage, involve and collaborate with the team to build a highly motivated group
    • Manage and rive revenues and costs of the P&L for your business segment / territories
    • Work closely with your sales team and complimentary resources to successfully deliver solutions for customers 
    • Must be able to manage a significant sales pipeline
    • Must have a well-developed knowledge and network in the Asset Management market
    • Must have an interest in working for a demanding and entrepreneurial firm that rewards hard-work and recognizes sales contributions
    • Our client is looking for talented executives who possess both passion and enthusiasm for sales and delivering great solutions and services to clients
    • The firm has an attractive compensation scheme that will reward success appropriately
