Captura Search has been engaged to identify a talented Inside Sales / SDR Manager. Someone with experience of developing high quality sales pipelines for our client. This fast growing, successful international market leader offers best-in-class SaaS solutions to corporate B2B clients. They already have some impressive client references and are now looking to expand even further. The new incumbent will need to demonstrate at least three years’ experience working in a corporate B2B environment, and have led a team during that time. This global inside sales team of 25 (based in the USA, EU and APAC) works closely with Marketing, Field Sales and Partners to identify and engage potential prospects, understanding their requirements, increase their understanding of our clients services and solutions. Your team will then follow up to schedule meetings and guide qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. As the leader for the Inside Sales team you’ll play a key role in achieving our clients ambitious customer acquisition and revenue objectives. Responsibilities
